for halloween, i want to dress up as like a glow in the dark person and i want to have lots of glow sticks and neon clothes and everything, and i want to have jumbo glasses like these – http://www.spirithalloween.com/product/jumbo-yellow-clown-sunglasses/ – … any ideas on what i can do?
you could get some glow in the dark paint and paint some of your clothes with it. it glows REALLY well, and its mostly clear.
